Q: What is your return policy?
A: If not satisfied or product is damaged, you may return item for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will be responsible for postage. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Q: Privacy Policy?
A: Wink Designs will never sell, lease, or share any of our customer's personal information.
Orders placed on winkdesigns.net are completely secure and our customer information will always be kept private.
Q: Where can I get these products?
A: Email us and we will give you the name and number of the store closest to you that carries our products.
Q: I have a store. How can I carry your products?
A: Email us your company information and we will contact you.
Q: What materials are used in your frames?
A: All of our products are hand crafted and hand painted. Our frames and bookends are made out of wood.
Q: What materials are used in your growth charts?
A: Our growth charts are made out of canvas, have a wooden dowel and have either a sheer or grosgrain ribbon hanger.
Q: Can your frames hang on the wall?
A: Our frames have a wooden dowel in back so that they can stand alone, or there is a cutout so that they can be hung on the wall as well.
Q: Can I purchase your products directly from you?
A: No, we only sell directly to retail stores. However, you may contact us and we will let you know what retail store near you carries our products.
